In a Creative Art Life Coaching workshop we use a combination of NLP Coaching, Mindfulness, Hypnosis and Art to enable you explore self-expression of your thoughts and feelings through a creative process.
This workshop provides a safe and comfortable environment for bringing up subconscious issues that you might not be aware of.
With a focus on positive thinking, sensation, practical experience and awareness, you will be able to change your mind set/ mind state and improve your wellbeing.

Through painting, drawing and colouring you can express yourself freely and naturally.
We discuss about individual challenges and we set goals for the session. Then we do some relaxation & focus exercises and off you go you start creating “Your Good Life” on a new canvas.

Pregnancy and motherhood are important changes in a woman's life.
Fear and anxiety, uncertainty and confusion are all part of the change process. All these feelings are absolutely normal!
Learn how to manage your fears and how to adapt to body & emotional changes and embrace the motherhood journey in confidence and happiness alongside a small group of happy mothers-to-be.
