Fears, anxiety and phobias are strong feelings which are challenging for many of us and they can affect our quality of life considerably.
We can avoid activities or give up totally on activities we love or used to love before.
Phobic symptoms can occur through exposure to the feared object or situation, or sometimes can be triggered by only thinking about the feared object or situation.
If you or someone you know experience these symptoms, it might be anxiety or phobias:
Dizziness, trembling, and increased heart rate; Breathlessness, Nausea, A sense of unreality;
Fear of something bad happening to us or a dear one and imagining the worst case scenario; Excessive preoccupation with the feared object or situation;
In some cases, these symptoms may escalate into a full-scale panic attack
